Reflection - Federalism - National Bank
It is understandable that the biggest conflict on a national bank since they had considered it unconstitutional. Since most people thought that the constitution did not give the right for the government to establish a bank. I would understand as to why a national bank was controversial not only because they would think it wasn't constitutional but as well as the fact that would lead to more economic concentration in fewer hands. In my opinion, i would understand as to why they were so controversial about it, to establish a national bank could upset the financial situation they were in and might hurt the people under the government. Which would have created an outrage, so they didn't want to take the risk.
